Diamond grind or shot blast to ICRI Concrete Surface Profile 3. Dust collected via HEPA-rated vacuum.
Epoxy Base / MVB
100%-solids epoxy base coat — also functions as the moisture vapor barrier when required.
Sand Coat
Aggregate broadcast for inter-coat adhesion.
Metallic Base Coat
First metallic polyaspartic establishes the dominant tone.
Metallic Decorative
Up to 5 metallic pigments introduced and manipulated wet — solvent splash, leaf-blown, hand-troweled per design intent.
T2000 Top Coat
Final T2000 polyaspartic locks in the metallic finish — UV-stable, no yellowing.
