Diamond grind or shot blast to ICRI Concrete Surface Profile 3. Dust collected via HEPA-rated vacuum.
Epoxy Primer / MVB
100%-solids epoxy primer locks into the prepped concrete; doubles as moisture vapor barrier when required.
Sand Coat
Aggregate broadcast into wet primer to mechanically lock the next layer.
Polyaspartic Base
First polyaspartic application.
Flake Broadcast
Vinyl flake broadcast to refusal — full or partial coverage, custom blend per spec.
Grout Coat
Polyaspartic grout coat fills texture and seals the flake.
T2000 Top Coat
Final T2000 polyaspartic — UV-stable, abrasion-resistant, chemical-resistant.
